Lexi and Donald met in 2015 during their sophomore year of high school, as the only two underclassmen in their advanced Spanish class. After going home on the first day, Lexi received a message from Donald asking if there was any homework assigned, (knowing very well that homework was never assigned on the first day of school), and they never stopped talking from then on. 

On November 18th, 2023, Lexi thought she was taking Donald out to their favorite restaurant on the Vancouver waterfront to celebrate him starting a new job, when in fact he had been planning for months to propose there that day.

They are excited to start this next phase of life together and can’t wait to celebrate with you in May!
